Mammadov noted that the OSCE Minsk Group co-chars never say that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict should be resolved on the basis of international law.
He recalled that the UN resolution on Libya was immediately implemented.
“However, no on is talking about the four UN Security Council resolutions which demand the liberation of Azerbaijan’s occupied territories,” the top official said. “We want justice, but it doesn’t happen as the leading states don’t want it.”
