This is reflected in the Open Government Initiative National Action Plan for 2016-2018 approved by the presidential order dated April 27, 2016.
According to National Action Plan, Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsman) has been instructed to ensure implementation of measures to strengthen control over fulfillment of obligations arising from the requirements of Law “On access to information” for 2016-2017.
