EU to investigate nuclear bomb possession of Armenia
EU will investigate the statements of the high-ranking officials on nuclear weapon possession of the Armenian Republic, EU High Representative Federica Mogherini`s offical representative Maya Kosyanchich told, Azvsion.az reports citing Interfax.
`Our stance on the nuclear weapon proliferation is clear to everybody. I need to precisely investigate the statements`, Kosyanchich said.

Note, Hrant Bagratyan, a former prime minister of Armenia, has claimed that his country has nuclear weaponry. The statement raises concern, as Armenia is technically at war with Azerbaijan, over the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh on April 29.

`Hrant Bagratyan knows what he tells. He is a clever man and was a former Prime Minister of the Armenian Republic. He has got enough evidence to make such kind of statements. Our country boosts atomic energy. I will not say anything as it is a military secret`, Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Bureau member and head of the party`s political affairs Armen Rustamyan stated.
