It is highly essential to condemn the violations and penalize the agressors, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Herbert Salber told, Azvision.az reports citing the Armenian Media.
`I yearn for visiting the Nagorno-Karabakh, but the relevant agreements should be made on the visit regarding the international principles for the co-operative security`, Herbert Salber said while responding to the `Why do not you visit the Nagorno-Karabak?` question.
Salber responded to the question related to the violence against the civilians in the frontline: ` Different sides made indictments on the issue. Everything is clear. I harsly condemn the violations by the Armed Forces of the Armenian Republic`.
