During the meeting, Abdulatipov, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan, talked about new projects being implemented in Dagestan Republic and beyond, on preserving the culture and language of the peoples residing in Dagestan.
He noted that Dagestan and Azerbaijan could implement a large number of joint projects in the sphere of tourism as well.
Azerbaijan`s State Counselor on Multiculturalism, Interethnic and Religious Affairs Kamal Abdullayev, for his part, noted that 2016 has been declared the Year of Multiculturalism in Azerbaijan and it proves itself.
