Answering the question “Is there any threat for Mingachevir reservoir on increase of water level?”, the minister said the reservoir has certain problems: “Water is leaking from the dikes. If water significantly increases in the reservoir, there will be problems. The organizations managing those dikes are aware of this and take measures”.
