Nadal said the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia agreed to maintain the ceasefire regime and announced their willingness to solve the conflict by peaceful means. Moreover, they agreed to conduct several steps, in particular to install investigative mechanisms of incidents during the meeting.
“These obligations are very important. France urges the sides to fulfill them and as a Minsk Group co-chair country together with Russian and US partners France will continue to act as a mediator”, Romain Nadal said.
