Heads of Azerbaijani, Armenian communities meet in Ukraine
Head of Azerbaijani and Armenian communities in Ukraine met on Thursday to discuss the mass brawl that occurred between Armenians and Azerbaijanis in Lviv on May 16, said Nikolay Kocharyan, head of the Armenian community in Lviv.

“We have met and reconciled. We are planning to meet next week and discuss the problems. The situation in Lviv is stable,” he said.

On May 12-15, mass brawl occurred between Armenians and Azerbaijanis over the waiving of the separatist Nagorno-Karabakh regime’s flag during European Kung-Fu Championship held in Lviv, Ukraine and Armenians were beaten. On May 16, an armed group of Armenians have assaulted on Azerbaijanis in Lviv city, Ukraine, wounding six Azerbaijanis.
