“Azerbaijan – 2003-2008: Thinking of time” book by head of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev has been presented in Kazakh language. The presentation ceremony took place at Atyrau State University.
The publication of the book was initiated by Azerbaijan`s Consulate General in Aktau and supported by Kazakhstan-based Azerbaijani Business Investment Association.
Speaking to the ceremony, rector of Atyrau State University Beybut Mamrayev said the book was of profound importance in terms of promoting Azerbaijan in Kazakhstan.
Consul General Rashad Mammadov said: “The book will contribute to increasing the Kazakh socetiy`s awareness of the Azerbaijani government`s achievements in strengthening statehood and ensuring the country’s development.” “The book provides an insight into President Ilham Aliyev`s successful internal and foreign policy. So it is an interesting source for Kazakh intellectuals, scholars, young researchers and public servants.”
