Hrant Bagratyan, a former Prime Minister of Armenia again made a statement on having nuclear weapon.
Armenia has had the nuclear weapon since 1970s, the politician told, Azvision.az reports citing “Haykakan Jamanak”.
`Armenia`s nuclear weapon possession prevents any possible interference from Azerbaijan and Turkey`, Bagratyan said.
`Azerbaijani community`s reaction on Armenia`s nuclear weapon possession gave me a tumble. Why does Azerbaijan want to prosecute Armenia for nuclear weapon possession after 46 years? `, he added.
`Moreover, Armenia`s nuclear potential is under the control of the IAEA`, he noted.
