"We have sent a formal request to the CoE Congress of Local and Regional Authorities for sending observers in municipal elections in November. Our ambassador in France is in contact with them, we are waiting for their arrival. It is up to them to decide," Chairman of the Central Elections Commission Mazahir Panahov told journalists, AzVision.az reports.
Panahov said all the conditions were created for a meeting with voters and election campaign, Central Election Commission hadn’t received any complaint so far. He said some persons can try to cast a shadow on the election process.
