`This order is of great importance. It will lead to the increase in number of tourists coming from EU countries to Azerbaijan. Recently, EU- Azerbaijan Business Forum has been held. One of the issues discussed in the forum was the simplification of visa procedures. In this regard, `ASAN Visa` will bring a great success`.
The State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations (ASAN) service will establish `ASAN Visa` system to provide foreigners and non-Azerbaijani people with electronic visa. The draft regulations of the statement on `ASAN Visa` system must be submitted to the Azerbaijani President within a month.
`ASAN Visa` system provides the following services:
- Foreigners and stateless people will directly apply for `ASAN Visa`;
- Submitting the necessary information directly to the `ASAN Visa` system for getting electronic visa;
- The duty for registration of the electronic visa will be paid electronically;
- The issuance of electronic visa within 3 working days;
- Electronic visa will be sent to the private email account of the applicant$
- Carrying out the exchange of electron information by integration of `ASAN Visa` system with the "Entry-exit and registration system and the Integrated Migration Information System;
- The preparation of the reports on following the issuance date of electronic visa, the monitoring of issued and cancelled visas.
The list of electronic visa is given to the citizens of countries and the stateless people permanently residing in those countries that approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
