Stabilization is observed in the currency market as a result of measures taken, Natiq Amirov, Azerbaijani presidential aide on economic reforms said on June 21.
“Oil price decline, negative impact of global financial processes on banking sector and foreign investments in the country, devaluation of national currencies of trade partners made manat devaluation necessary. As a result of measures taken, manat is preserving its fundamental value”, Amirov said.
