EU mission positively assesses Georgia
EU assessment mission has positively assessed the steps taken by the government of Georgia as part of the plan for liberalization of visa regime with EU, the experts of EU mission said during the meeting at Georgia
EU assessment mission arrived in Georgia on Dec.8. This was the first visit of EU experts to the country as part of the second phase of implementation of the visa liberalization plan, according to Georgian Foreign Ministry.

EU experts mainly held meetings at the Public Service Development Agency of Georgia’s Justice Ministry.

EU missions are expected to visit Georgia in early 2015 to assess the implementation of the second, third and fourth phases of the visa liberalization plan.
