"We appreciate the progress observed in recent months in the field of human rights, in Azerbaijan," said the US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Robert Cekuta.
“We hope that Azerbaijan will continue to move in the direction. The United States continue to cooperate with Azerbaijan in various fields including in three main areas: security, economic cooperation and human rights,” the ambassador said.
