Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) Moscow-Baku flight (J2 8853), which was to land in Baku at 02:30 (UTC/GMT + 4 hours), didn’t take off from Moscow for technical reasons, spokesperson for AZAL Pasha Kasamanski told July 5.
