Mammadyarov made the statement at a meeting of foreign ministers of the Caspian-littoral countries in Astana, Kazakhstan July 13.
According to him, one of the mail goals is to set up a permanent Secretariat of the Framework Agreement.
“Azerbaijan has prepared a draft agreement to host the Secretariat in Baku and submitted the draft to all the Caspian countries,” the FM noted.

The sixth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Framework Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Caspian Sea is planned to be held in Baku, said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.
