Foreign ministries of Azerbaijan and Russia have discussed the preparation for the upcoming Azerbaijan-Iran-Russia top level meeting in Baku.
A phone conversation was held between State Secretary and Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Grigory Karasin and Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov on July 21, read a message posted on Russian Foreign Ministry’s website.
They also discussed some aspects of bilateral relations.
