Czech Republic to accept 80 Syrian refugees from camps in Turkey
The Czech Republic is ready to accept 80 Syrian refugees from camps in Turkey as part of Ankara-Brussels migrant deal, Interior Ministry spokeswoman Hana Mala said Tuesday.
Eighty Syrians are expected to arrive in the Czech Republic by the end of October.

"The process [of refugee relocation] is developing gradually and in detail, due to thorough security checks of all persons intended for relocation," Mala said, as quoted by the Ceske Noviny news portal.

In March, the European Union and Ankara agreed on a deal under which Turkey pledged to take back all undocumented migrants who arrive in the European Union through its territory in exchange for Syrian refugees accommodated in Turkey, on a one-for-one basis.
