Georgia, European Parliament mull bilateral relations
Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili met with Vice President of the European Parliament Ryszard Czarnecki in Strasbourg, France on Dec.18.
During the meeting, the sides focused on the bilateral cooperation issues and the plans for the period after ratification of the association agreement between EU and Georgia, Georgian Presidential Administration told.

They also discussed the ongoing reforms in Georgia and the obligations undertaken by the country in accordance with the association agreement.

Czarnecki expressed support to Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. He emphasized the progress achieved by Georgia in the last period.
