At least 9 people killed, 31 injured as 2 buses crash in Nepal
At least nine people died and 31 more sustained injuries as two commuter buses collided in Makwanpur district of Nepal, local media reported on Sunday.
The incident occurred as one of the buses tried to overtake a truck, The Himalayan Times reported, citing police.

According to the newspaper, four people among the injured are in critical condition.

This is the second road accident with large number of casualties over the week as a bus fell some 200 meters (219 yd) down in Dhankuta killing a total of 15 people.
