“We say nothing should be resolved in Armenia by force and that concerns everybody. By force, the people can be silenced, but economic problems cannot be solved. Economy can develop in case of existence of healthy competition and free society. We have enough serious economic problems”, he said.
Papian said that if the country experiences economic collapse, consequences will be very serious.
