CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov said that the text, form, quantity and rules of their preparation have been determined by the CEC and it was decided to publish 5,280,924 ballots.
Upon printing, the ballots will be submitted by the CEC to district election commissions, then to precinct election commissions in the manner and within the period prescribed by law. Notices with the same quantity will be published as well.
Panahov said that the ballots will be first submitted to remote constituencies.
The ballot printing process will be secured by the Special State Protection Service.
