Azerbaijan gives Turkey 100,000 $ for treatment of people wounded in coup attempt
On July 15, Azerbaijan gave Turkey 100,000 dollars for the treatment of those wounded in the recent coup attempt in the fraternal country.
Chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office (CMO) Allahshukur Pashazadeh presented a cheque of 100,000 dollars to Speaker of the Grand National Assembly İsmail Kahraman, APA reported citing haberler.com.

Ismail Kahraman thanked the people of Azerbaijan.

At the meeting, which was also attended by Turkey’s President of the Presidency of Religious Affairs Mehmet Gormez and Grand Mufti Rawil Gaynetdin of Russia, Ismail Kahraman said Turkey got rid of a huge disaster on July 15. He said it was the first time people had took to the streets to prevent a coup attempt, adding that by this means the period of coup d`état came to an end.

The CMO chairman said Turkey survived a big trial, noting that the people of Azerbaijan share the same sorrow as the people of Turkey and pray for the fraternal country.

He asked Allah to have mercy on those who lost their lives in the coup attempt and wished fast recovery to the wounded.

The delegation took a look around parts of the Turkish Grant National Assembly that were damaged in the bombardment.
