Armenia violates ceasefire with Azerbaijan 16 times

Armenia violates ceasefire with Azerbaijan 16 times

Armenian armed forces have violated the ceasefire with Azerbaijan 16 times in various directions of the contact line in the last 24 hours using large-caliber machine guns,, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on Aug.11.

Armenian armed units stationed in nameless uplands, and Paravakar, Berkaber villages of Armenia’s Ijevan district opened fire at the positions of Azerbaijani armed forces located in nameless uplands and Gizilhajili village of the Gazakh district.

Azerbaijani armed positions came under fire from positions located near Chilaburt village of Terter district, Ashaghi Seyidahmedli village of the Fuzuli district, Mehdili village of Jabrayil district, as well as nameless uplands in Goranboy and Jabrayil districts.
