Mevlut Cavusoglu: 32 recalled diplomats didn’t return to Turkey

There are 32 diplomats who were recalled to Turkey but did not return without a reason, Turkish FM Mevlut Cavusoglu told a joint press conference with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif.

The minister said a total of 208 diplomats were recalled.

He also touched on the issue of the Turkish diplomats who fled Bangladesh for the US and Russia.

“We recalled three of our diplomats from Bangladesh. One of them returned and began working here. Two of them fled to the US. We have just received the information of one diplomat having fled to Russia. W
