On August 14, employees of Astara Custom Department of the State Customs Committee prevented smuggling of a total of more than 141 kg of heroin from Iran to Azerbaijan.
The customs officers detained DAF truck driven by Tajik citizen Mohammedemin Sabirovich, 1985 and found heroin hidden in several special places of the truck.
