No incident during OSCE monitoring on contact line
An OSCE monitoring was held on August 17 at the state border between Azerbaijan and Armenia, in the territory of Aghstafa’s Tatli village.
The monitoring, held in line with the mandate of the personal representative of the OSCE chairperson-in-office, passed without any incident, Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry told.

On the Azerbaijani side, the monitoring was held by field assistants of theOSCE Chairperson-in-Office Personal Representative Hristo Hristov and Simon Tiller, and on the Armenian side, Personal Representative ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk and his field assistants Jiri Aberle and Peter Svedverg.
