The statement said that the signing of this document will become a flagrant violation of the international law.
On Dec.22, presidential aide Vladislav Surkov said that the agreed version of the new Russian-South Ossetian agreement on alliance and integration should be ready in January 2015.
It was previously reported that the new contract will be drawn up on the basis of a large contract signed in September 2008, after Russia`s recognition of South Ossetia.
Large scale military action was launched between Georgia and Russia in South Ossetia on August 8, 2008.
Later, Russian troops occupied Tskhinvali and expelled the Georgian military.
Russia recognized the independence of South Ossetia and Abkhazia in late August.
In response, Tbilisi ended diplomatic relations with Moscow and has called the two unrecognized republics of Abkhazia and South Ossetia occupied territories.
