Venues for rallies and campaigns in connection with the upcoming referendum have been made public in Azerbaijan in accordance with the law "On freedom of assembly".
Earlier, Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev signed an order to hold a referendum Sept. 26 for making amendments to the country’s constitution.
