If someone threw the paper into the ballot box, it is, of course, wrong, head of the CEC said.
"The Election Commission site should not allow this to happen. If in this situation there is a fault of the election commission, of course, the CEC is investigating this fact, and the guilty will be punished", - Panahov said.
