ADIF pays over AZN 206M compensation to nine closed banks’ customers
Since August 1, Azerbaijan Deposits Insurance Fund (ADIF) has started to pay copmensations to Dekabank OJSC, Kredobank OJSC, Parabank OJSC and Zaminbank OJSC.
On August 23, the Fund paid AZN 20.3 milion to Parabank’s depositors, AZN 29.3 million to Zaminbank’s depositors, AZN 9.9 million to Kredobank’s depositors and AZN 2.4 million to Dekabank’s depositors.

On August 23, the Fund paid AZN 317,400 to Atrabank’s depositors, AZN 140,300 to Caucasus Development Bank’s depositors.

According to Azerbaijan Deposits Insurance Fund (ADIF), accepting applications of the insured depositors of Bank of Azerbaijan has started since January 29, 2016, and the payment of compensation is made since the same day.

Agent banks have paid AZN 24,052,000 compensation to Bank of Azerbaijan’s insured depositors.

Accepting applications of the insured depositors of Ganjabank has started since February 4, 2016, and the payment of compensation is made since the same day. The insured depositors of Ganjabank have received over 895,500 manats.

The branch offices of the selected Agent Banks started to accept the application forms from the depositors from February 12, 2016. The agent banks have paid over AZN 119,500,000 compensation to the Texnikabank’s depositors.

Totally, ADIF has paid over AZN 206 million to 9 closed banks’ customers.
