Amendments and annexes were proposed to the law “on operative-search activity”, Azerbaijani Parliament told.
According to the draft law, in the case of grounds under specific legislation, subjects of operative-search activity can search buildings, including residential buildings, as well as other closed buildings, facilities and land plots without a search warrant to detain those who fled prisons and places of detention.
