During the visit, Azerbaijan’s defense minister met with the Supreme Commander of the Defence Forces, the King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
During the expanded meeting, the sides expressed satisfaction with the development of friendship and military cooperation between the two countries and discussed the current relations and the issues of mutual interest.
Following this, the delegation of Azerbaijani Defense Ministry visited the naval and air bases of Bahrain, as well as military medical institutions.
