IPA CIS to observe referendum in Azerbaijan

IPA CIS to observe referendum in Azerbaijan

The mission of the Interparliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States (IPA CIS) will observe the referendum on amendments to the Azerbaijani Constitution.

The mission will arrive in Azerbaijan on the day of the referendum - September 26.
