Azerbaijani PM votes at constitutional referendum - PHOTOS

Azerbaijan`s Prime Minister Artur Rasizade has cast his vote at the referendum on making amendments to the country’s Constitution.

A referendum to make amendments to the Constitution started in Azerbaijan on September 26. Turnout has been high at the polling station #29 in Yasamal constituency #2 since early hours of Monday.
