More than 300 types of Russian weaponry, including full-scale models, will be showcased at the Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition (ADEX-2016), Russia`s state arms exporter Rosoboronexport said in a statement on Monday, APA reported citing Sputnik International.
"Russia`s exhibition includes more than 300 defense products. Among the pieces of advanced Russian military equipment, the potential foreign customers will see the Tigr special special armored vehicle, the Be-200 multipurpose patrol amphibious aircraft, the Tor-M2KM air defense system, the T-90S tank, the Molniya-class missile corvettes and the 1124M anti-submarine corvettes," the statement reads.
Some enterprises will reportedly bring to ADEX-2016 full-scale models of weapons and military equipment, including the Metis-M1 anti-tank missile system, the Krasnopol-M2 high-precision artillery system, missiles for the Pantsir-S1 air defense systems and the modernized T-72 tank.
The second international military exhibition ADEX-2016 will be held on September 27-30 in the Azerbaijani capital of Baku. More than 200 companies from 30 countries are expected to take part in the expo.
