“International observers have given their opinions. Local observers too have completed a big observation mission. We will be busy receiving protocols for two days. Then we will publish the initial results on the internet based on the protocols. The process will be over after a maximum of 25 days. In case there is no request and studies conclude earlier, we will convene a meeting to confirm the results,” he said.
Panahov also commented on the footage of bulletins being cast into the box altogether.
“All those facts will be investigated. If they are found capable of affecting the voting, the results from that station will be cancelled. And the commissions will be released. The election commission needs to be aware of what kind of responsibility they were carrying on that day,” he said.
