OSCE MG urges Karabakh conflict parties to avoid actions can adversely affect negotiations
The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs urge the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to avoid actions that could have a negative impact on the negotiation process, said US co-chair James Warlick, Aysor news portal reports .
The co-chairs continue to work actively with the conflicting parties to encourage them to respect the ceasefire, Warlick said.

He added that the reduction of military operations allows for holding negotiations on the settlement of the conflict.

“The parties must work together to implement the agreements reached at summits in Vienna and Saint Petersburg, beginning from the expansion of the OSCE mission,” said the US co-chair.

According to him, the mediators at separate meeting with Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers have discussed further steps that could push the negotiation process forward, drawing talks closer to a comprehensive settlement.

Warlick added that the co-chairs will visit the region, but that “no exact date has been agreed upon yet.”
