Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will pay a working visit to Belgium to take part in the Conference of the European Union on Afghanistan to be held in Brussels on 4-5 October, 2016, said Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry.
Azerbaijan is a partner country contributing to the reconstruction measures implemented in Afghanistan in bilateral and multilateral formats.
