Azerbaijan is Germany’s biggest trade partner in South Caucasus
As a result of Germany’s close cooperation with Azerbaijan that has been ongoing for 25 years, the governments and peoples of the two countries have developed good relations, German Ambassador to Azerbaijan Michael Kindsgrab told reporters in Baku Tuesday.
He said Azerbaijan is Germany’s biggest trade partner in the South Caucasus.

“Apart from Russia, Azerbaijan is the only CIS country that has a chamber of commerce. Our bilateral relations in the areas of culture and education are continuing. Azerbaijani students choose Germany to pursue their education in. These relations are going to strengthen further into the future,” said the ambassador.
