This is not the first time sea voyages in Turkey were canceled because of heavy weather conditions.
Earlier, the heavy snow and squally wind in Istanbul and western provinces of Turkey – Tekirdagh, Bolu, Bursa, Canakkale, Kastamonu, Izmir and Eskisehir – led to cancellation of flights and many kilometers of traffic jams on the roads.
