Flags have been lowered at the French embassy in Baku in connection with the Paris terror attack.
The embassy told, representatives of the embassy will commemorate the victims of the incident with silence today at 3:00 PM Baku time.
Note that, gunmen attacked the editorial board of the satiric magazine Charlie Hebdo on Wednesday, killing 12 people, wounding another 11.
French President François Hollande has declared three-day mourning in the country.
