“On behalf of the government and people of the Islamic Republic of Iran and on my own behalf, I cordially congratulate Your Excellency and all the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of state independence of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” President Rouhani said in his congratulatory letter.
“I am pleased to note that the Republic of Azerbaijan has made great strides in a variety of fields, including economy,” the president said. “I am absolutely convinced that the friendly ties between the two friendly and brotherly countries, which stem from the political will of the two countries` leaders, will further develop in the best interests of both Iran and Azerbaijan.”
“I pray to Almighty Allah for robust health and success of Your Excellency, and for peace, prosperity and tranquility of the people of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” the president added.
