Hollande holds emergency meeting on situation in France
The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister Manuel Valls, the Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve, as well as the officials from law enforcement agencies and other officials.
On Jan. 7, criminals broke into the building which accommodates the office of the magazine Charlie Hebdo in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, and opened fire on people there.
The attackers managed to escape from the scene by car.
The media said the brothers Said and Cherif Kouachi, aged 32 and 34, are being suspected of the attack on Charlie Hebdo.
The third alleged criminal was waiting his accomplices waited in the car.
Later, one of the wanted – the 18-year-old Hamid Mourad – surrendered to the police saying he has an alibi.
