Russia, Azerbaijan enjoy friendly, good neighborly relations - Putin
There have been friendly and good neighborly relations between Russia and Azerbaijan for centuries, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in his letter of congratulations to the participations of 7th Azerbaijan-Russia interregional forum.
Chief of the Russian Presidential Directorate for Interregional Relations and Cultural Contacts with Foreign Countries Vladimir Chernov read out the letter.

This forum will give impetus to the process of integration and cooperation based on mutual interests, Putin said in the letter.

“We hope that constructive dialogue will be held within the forum and its agenda will contribute to the economic cooperation and deepening of corporate relations,” the Russian president noted.
