Glide introduces CMRA, first camera for Apple Watch
This Apple Watch Band Adds 8MP, 2MP cameras to the Apple Watch
Many of us love the Apple Watch but find it a bit weird that Apple has not included any camera. Well for such people, the new Glide CMRA band is something to look out for.

Glide has made an attempt once again to bring another innovative Apple Watch band for us. Its latest addition is a ground-breaking watch band which has two cameras installed in it.

There includes a 2MP front facing camera and an 8 MP outward-facing proposition. The most attractive feature of this watch band is that even after the inclusion of two cameras it is has not increased in bulk and size.

The watch band also includes a built in button in accessory for activating the cameras. The button is an amazing feature. It carries out its job of snapping pictures perfectly.

The integrated button also has a double tap function which allows the user to switch between cameras smoothly. The inclusion of the camera feature calls for a Photos app.

This is why the band is integrated with iOS photos. Your captured images are stored immediately and can be viewed without any further hassle. Now taking photographs and the storage system does sound very impressive but the real power lies somewhere else.

CMRA shows its supremacy when its ability to record video and host conference style video calls is observed. CMRA can be used by users to talk in real time while they are on the move and even send photos back and forth.

The charging of this band is very simple. A custom dual-charging dock will be available to charge the Apple Watch battery and the CMRA band battery simultaneously. Spring 2017 is expected to be the date for hardware shipping.

Glide however is accepting pre-orders for this accessory just to get orders way before launch and also to assess the consumer demand for the CMRA.
