Trump continues to question how FBI reviewed all 650,000 Clinton emails
US presidential candidate Donald Trump at a rally in Pennsylvania continued to question how the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) could possibly review all 650,000 of Hillary Clinton-related emails within one week.
On Sunday, FBI Director James Comey told Congress in a letter that after the bureau reviewed a massive batch of emails from a Clinton advisor within about eight days, he stands by his July decision not to recommend criminal charges against the former secretary of state.

“It took the FBI nearly a year to review 33,000 emails,” Trump said on Monday. “They reviewed 650,000 emails [in a week].”

Earlier on Monday, Trump told a rally in Sarasota in the state of Florida that the FBI’s decision to close the probe into Clinton’s use of a private email account during her tenure as US secretary of state damaged the reputation of the United States around the world.

On October 28, Comey announced the reopening of the previously closed Clinton investigation when the FBI discovered a new batch of emails on the laptop computer of the estranged husband of top Clinton aide Huma Abedin.
