Azerbaijan to apply new rules on freezing assets suspected of funding terrorism

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Tuesday issued a decree on application of the law on amendments to the Code of Civil Procedure dated 14 October 2016.

The new amendment pertains to freezing assets—owned by individuals or legal entities—suspected of funding terrorism.
