Trump leads Clinton 50-47% in national popular vote with 8% counted

US Republican candidate Donald Trump is leading Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in the national popular vote, according to preliminary results, Sputnik reported.

With 8 percent of the national popular vote tallied, Trump is leading Clinton in the national popular vote. He leads 50-47 percent, Fox News reported on Tuesday.
